The Easy Practice Check-up is an affordable way to evaluate the health of your practice and identify any areas of weakness or deficiency that need attention for improvement.  Depending on the needs of your practice, we offer check-ups in the following areas:

  • Compliance

Each of our easy practice check-ups includes the following:

  • One day on-site visit by one of our experienced consultants
  • Pre-visit survey to be filled out prior to our site visit
  • Select data analysis and benchmarking
  • In-depth report detailing the check-up findings and recommendations

Note:
Our practice check-up is ideal for practices ranging from 1 – 10 providers.  If your practice has more than 10 providers please contact us for a custom price quote.

Please select the practice check-up you would like us to provide. You may select one or more depending on the needs of your practice. Each check-up is priced at $1,500. Pricing does not include travel expenses for the onsite visit.  These will be billed to you separately at the conclusion of the project.
